The Rebis RA204 Parametric Equalizer is one of the many modules available for the Rebis Rack Effects system based on the Vero card frame system. The RA204 is a single band fully parametric equalizer with +/-21db of boost and adjustable resonance (bandwidth) and center frequency. The frequency control covers a 100:1 range and works with a x10 switch to allow coverage of the entire 20Hz to 20kHz audio spectrum. The unit features a bypass switch for taking the equalizer in and out of the audio path. I think the RA204 sounds just fine, but is not to be mistaken for an EQ module from an API, Neve, or even SSL. I often relinquish the RA204 to duties in a sidechain of a compressor or gate than actually manipulating audio.
